The mission of the National Infrastructure Institute is to:

1) Examine the systems and processes by which public agencies acquire, use and dispose of real-estate, facilities, and all forms of infrastructure;

2) Analyze the costs associated with those systems and processes; and

3)  Recommend efficient and cost effective improvements.
