Mr. Crotteau is an attorney and vice president of government affairs with The IT Group, Inc., in Washington, D.C., a position he has held since 1997. Craig recently joined MWH managing government affairs. In his position as Vice President, Government Affairs, he will help guide and implement MWH's government practices in Washington, D.C.

Prior to 1997, Mr. Crotteau worked as Deputy Chief of Environment for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers from 1995-97 and as Deputy District Engineer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Baltimore from 1993-95. He was a district trial attorney in Frankfurt, Germany, from 1990-93 and was a strategic planner for the engineer brigade in Germany from 1989-90. From 1987-89, Crotteau was an attorney in the chief counsel office of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. From 1978-87, he was an engineer, staff officer and troop leader for the Pentagon and in Germany.

Mr. Crotteau earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Gonzaga University and his master of business administration degree from the University of Denver. He went on to receive a juris doctor degree from George Washington University.

Mr. Crotteau is a retired lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He has been honored with the DeFlurry Army Engineer Silver Medal, the Legion of Merit, five Meritorious Service Medals and three Army Achievement Medals.
